Student progress concerns

RC period 4 after lunch seemed very tired caught resting head on desk. Later shown how to set page up using MS Publisher. Ball confiscated. Seems to lack understanding.
SW and MB very little effort.
MR was not putting in any effort - mentos??
All other students working well.
